The maintenance team was really good. I just moved in and Jose quickly fixed any issues I had and cleaned up everything before he left. Amazing service!
Jose and maintenance team including Gustavo are professional and courteous. They promptly repaired toilet, running bathtub faucet and had installed brand new heater in unit. Most recently Gustavo promptly had a backed-up kitchen drain unclogged. Much gratitude!
Jose is a kind maintenance person and is excellent at what he does. He very promptly replaced our entire dishwasher after having to haul it up two flights of stairs by himself! He was also very thorough in his efforts, showing me that the dishwasher was fully functional (no longer leaking, fixed open/close hinge, completed a cycle as expected).
Jose, Dan, Pedro, and Adrian were such an amazing job helping when our fridge stopped working! They helped move all our food to another fridge and got us another fridge within 24 hours. Amazing service!
