I scheduled an appointment through the website to do a tour, but when I arrived, the self-guided tour app wasn’t working. When I called, they told me there weren’t any vacant units available to show. Seriously? Why let me schedule a tour and waste my time driving down here like I don’t have things to do? With this and the Northwood problems this property management company is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. This complex is terrible old building there are a lot of rats in it, appeal to the office they still do not respond, only promises and that's it, I do not advise you to live here. The refrigerators are not working well all the food is missing, I asked them to change it and they don't hear me.🤢🤮🤮🤮
Irvine company actually has a series of one-sided rules and does not consider tenants and customers in any way. If you have to evacuate the rented house for any reason, you have to pay about 3 times the rent as damages, which is really cruel. My reason for moving is because the house smells bad and it is not known how many years this house has not been disinfected, the wood floors smell disgusting!
