Eloy came to fix my fridge and was amazing!!!!! Jose was also amazing, they replaced my fridge and did an amazing job. Great service and communication.
I messed up by allowing the Irvine Co. survey to expire, but I absolutely need to come and make sure Eloy is given the credit due for his BEST customer service! I like when a technician comes in to help, and they are personable and are able to make me feel comfortable and laugh with me while I'm dealing with the issue I summoned them for. What a good personality while he worked! SO much appreciate Eloy! :)
Clam Place and good for families
I have had the pleasure of having Eloy and Gustavo in my apartment twice in the last two weeks. They changed a burnt out high ceiling light bulb, tightened the very loose handle on my stove and replaced my microwave that broke. They are timely, efficient and very pleasant. 2/6/25 again I had the pleasure of having Gustavo and Eloy come into my apt today to replace lightbulbs, replace a leaking shower head and fix a bathroom sink stopper. Both men are professional and nice guys that work hard. Great asset to Cedar Creek.
