Overall, a great place. Our room was really nice inside and clean. From the outside it doesn’t look like much. I’ll be honest, but the location on the beach is great. Rooms are clean inside and nice cool air conditioning. The only downside honestly is the people working the Front Desk could be a little friendlier. They weren’t rude (almost though lol), but they weren’t especially welcoming for a business that’s accepting my money when there are other options around. No service with smile here. Rooms were clean. Management was very kind and accommodating. There were chairs at the beach and umbrellas. 5 grills to accommodate everyone, covered places to eat and a social patio. Honestly it was fabulous. I'd stay there again
The lady at the reception was a sweetheart—she did everything she could to get us into our room early—and the gentleman who directs parking and escorts you to your room was incredibly kind and courteous. They make a great team, and the place is wonderful and comfortable; they provide beach towels, and you can have a barbecue since there’s a grill available. Thank you!
The penthouse was nice. Improvements needed for HOT shower in all bathrooms. A ceiling light over the dining area is needed. And a heads up there are 36 stairs to climb. ( could pose very difficult for a Senior citizen) We had asked for a rate to stay later in the year and never heard a word back. Staff was friendly and entire area was quiet.
The place is an older property but very well taken care of. The customer service was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful staff at all times. Will definitely be returning again.
