Been here almost six years now and it’s been lovely. The on site manager has always been helpful and supportive even when I was struggling. I guess the other reviewers don’t understand the concept of rules?
Please do not rent here. The place itself is quiet and generally okay, but the manager has serious anger management issues. When you ask for help, she responds by yelling and acting unprofessionally. The maintenance staff also does very poor work. They have to come back multiple times and still fail to fix the problems properly. It’s unfortunate, because this could be a good place to live, but the poor management completely ruins the experience.

Saira and Christina are both great managers who are available to help anytime we have called. Our experience here has been great. Ample and enforced parking, as affordable as is reasonable in this market, simple layouts that work, and, above all, transparency. If you're looking for a place to stay, this is a great option. Also, I enjoy meeting with the office people where we make our payments. It's either online for a fee or a drive to Turner. Actualmente vivo acá los apartamentos están bien ,lo malo es la Manager siempre da un trato horrible y no es pareja con todos los vecinos si le caes bien todo está bien ,no permite que tus hijos jueguen en la parte de afuera serca de las escaleras y si lo hacen hay vecinos que an llegado a gravar a mis hijas cuando andan en las escaleras para mostrárselo ala manager me imagino y siempre amenasa con córrenos …
