ust now Put 2 months of unpaid rent even though I always pay on time and an eviction on my record after I moved out. Mold in closets and bathroom and was spreading. Apartment manager is never available. No on call maintenance and the ones that do come won’t even do anything if you’re not home or say they came but really didn’t. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!
The grounds are horrible and mold is growing everywhere.
Worst 6 months of money spent in my life. Was never told it was previously flooded, and still continuing to flood. Black mold is growing under the refrigerator and mold is growing in our closet carpets due to the flooding. Called every month and nothing has still been fixed at month 6 of living here. They have offered no type of compensation nor fixed the problem.
