Business response:

Hi Lee, As we mentioned on your Google review, the tech did not prune any bushes last week that were within 10’ of our vehicle. He did prune the bushes behind your vehicle 3-4 weeks ago, but as you mentioned the damage was not there 3-4 weeks ago. When the person you spoke to in the office asked about the possibility of a neighbor scratching your vehicle, it was a valid question. The picture that you originally provided, showed the reflection of it being backed up to a sidewalk and not where is parked in these photos you hav... read more

Copy of my Google review, where the company doubled down on not even considering responsibility without video evidence: Be careful - this company WILL refuse responsibility for damage they've caused to your property. Reply to ownership: The back of my car was NOT damaged the morning before you guys came out. I just installed a backup camera on the car and would have noticed the paint scratched down to bare metal. The day following your service, it had numerous vertical, parallel scratches, some down to bare metal, on the rea... read more

Cedar County installed two sets of stone/boulder steps for us, as well as placing some other boulders in our yard. The communication process, estimates, and billing all went smoothly. Workers were professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves very well. They listened to our original plans and then listened as we adjusted. They made it happen how we asked them to. Some very incidental damage occurred, but it was understandable, and more importantly, it was fixed immediately and perfectly. They want happy customers, an... read more

We have had Cedar County Landscape complete two projects at our home, separated by 14 months. They have EXCEEDED expectations both times. The first was a rock retaining wall, new sod, and plants. The second was a landscape block retaining wall and extensive property drainage project. Pricing is fair, they really listen to what you want and come up with creative solutions to save cost or improve on what you ask for. We will definitely work with them again.

Cedar County recently put in a retaining wall along our driveway, about 90’ long. The estimate was done efficiently and professionally, and their quote was comparable to (or better than) two competing estimates. On both days of construction, the crew showed up on time and were polite and worked hard to get it done right. We’re very happy with the end result, and we’ll call them again if we have any other projects where we need a landscaping contractor.

Cedar County Landscaping was very easy to work with. They were very timely and up front with costs. They came in very fairly priced and provided a good quality product. We are very happy with our retaining wall and would use them again.

Cedar County Landscaping has done two projects for us now and both jobs were done beautifully. Last year we had them put in a retaining wall with landscaping and a sprinkler system. It took 3 weeks to get a estimate and another 2-3 before they could start the job but they are worth the weight. Their crews have such attention to detail and are so pleasant to work with. We were so pleased with the results that this year we had them add a paver patio. And once again beautiful work, done as promised. No worries with these guys!!
