Horrible, nonexistent, management that avoids any communication with you, especially if have an issue. The price they charge isnt worth the "amenities" or apartment anymore. Pool always has problems, security doors are propped open and weren't even functional while they took over 6 months to change the system. Constant water damage, with mold and pests. Had to go to the office since no one would respond to emails or voicemails about getting my deposit returned....which they did after the legal 21 days, but definitely don't g... read more
Lived there from 1992-96. It was horrible then, and I'm sure has gotten worse. Cars constantly being broken into and drug deals everywhere.
This place is disgusting. Mice roaches and bugs every where. Charges $100 per lease renewal for NO reason. Your car will be broken into multiple times, wether it’s in the garage or outside and they don’t have cameras ANYWHERE so they can’t do anything about it. The managers have horrible communications and will answer 3 months later but only AFTER you cuss them out, which is when they threaten to kick you out even though you’ve had a serious problem with no response for 3 months. Lived here for 5+ years and moved out when I could take no more of Girard. Crime there is a joke. My wife’s car was broken into, all four of her tires were slashed along with dozens of other cars in a single night. I’ve had my car towed despite having the right parking pass clearly visible, and when I tried to give Girard photographic proof that I had my pass, they tried to tell me it was still my fault and had to pay $300 to get my car back.
