I lived here for eight years. During most of that time, they could have gotten four stars. Unfortunately, the manager who took over in late 2024 pushed them down from a solid four to a two that's nowhere near striking distance of a three. To start with, these buildings are fairly old. Based on the legacy systems when I moved in, I think they were built in the late 70s or early 80s. However, the buildings themselves are solid. Super Friendly Staff! Property well Managed!
I had an outstanding experience with Monica at Cedar Breaks Apartments. She was so welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. The tour of the apartment was fantastic, and she took the time to highlight all the wonderful amenities the complex offers. I highly recommend to go to Cedar Breaks the apartments are so big I cannot wait to live there in June!
