Wow! These guys are amazing! I have been looking for a bike for a few weeks and decided to stop here to see what they had. You can’t go in the store right now because of Covid, but they came right out to speak with me, asked me what I was looking for and found a great bike to fit my needs. I got a used bicycle and they replaced all the parts that needed to be replaced before I brought it home. Great staff, great service!
We searched several shops, including bigger chains, before visiting CBC. As we left my husband said “I definitely want to make the purchase here.” They spent so much time talking with us about bikes and other fun things, we couldn’t wait to come back and purchase his new bike. Also, Buttons the dog is amazing!
So I'm not a cycle guy, at least not yet, but I had a service issue with a wheelchair I've been cleaning up as a surprise for a friend of mine. I bought 2 new solid tires for the chair but was unable to mount them. I gave CBC a call and the lady I spoke with said to bring it in. I took it in Friday morning just when they opened the shop, had the guys look at it and before noon they had it ready for an awesome price. I can't thank you folks enough for your quick and friendly service. Geoff.
I wanted to upgrade my 20 year old MTN bike to a new one with disk brakes, larger tires, and drop seats. A friend recommended Cedar Bluff Cycles to me. So, my wife and I went and purchased two Trek Roscoe 8 mountain bikes at Cedar Bluff Cycles. I had some trouble (squeaking and creaking drive train) with my bike that could not be repaired (It was a Lemon.) Gerry made everything right by allowing me to swap my bike for a another new bike.
