My daughter was verbally abused by the manager today simply for asking questions. The fact that he told her to get a job because she was asking pricing and degrading her is even more disturbing. I told her before never to shop here because of his unnecessary rude behavior. I had an encounter with this same ignorant person four years ago. He had the nerve to call me stupid. Totally uncalled for. I never been back since.

As a Black Woman, carrying a large black back, I guess I can’t possibly be coming into this store to spend my hard earned money here to purchase what I need, right? I AM CARRYING MY BOOKS, MY big brand new 2025 iPad, my purse and wallet inside!!!! I will never shop at this store again, even if it’s the last store open. This owner is despicable! DO NOT SHOP HERE. I had a very upsetting experience at Cedar Beauty Supply. The asian man working there was incredibly rude and disrespectful. As he was bagging my items, I noticed he spit into his hand to open the shopping bag—something I found absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. When I called him out on it, he completely denied it and showed no concern. To make things worse, he handed me a pen to sign for my refund using the same hand.
