I brought sugar in yesterday and they are the one that use and I've been using them for 4, year's now they treat my baby like there own. I got flea pills and her two medications and it didn't cost me a lot at all. Love this animal clinic
I was a customer with my animals years ago. I moved away 4 years and have recently moved back but moved back to the Katy area. My little weenie dog got extremely ill and I visited him to a local vet here. Not getting a good feeling I went with my gut and drove all the way across Houston back to Baytown to take him back to Cedar Bayou. It was so amazing to walk in there and see the same faces and to get the same treatment that I have received years ago. Normally I would give them 5 stars but they lost a fax with our new puppies shot records after I called to make sure they had them, they told me YES they did. NO they did NOT! Pissed.....
Love this clinic, Dr. Dobbs, and the entire staff. They help make the yearly exam for my difficult dog very comfortable and easy. They are patient and take the time to ensure my dog is not stressed.
Thankful that they got our Roscoe back and taken care of as a walk in even though they were super busy; thank you!
