Long-time customer, but this last cleaning changed that. I sent two photos: one showing the floor hadn't been properly mopped, and another showing a long piece of hair on my window blinds. Their response was that the photos showed "paw prints" from my cat — which wasn't accurate at all. It was hair. Their proposed fix was to send the same cleaners back who didn't finish the job properly the first time. I’ve sent an email with details of our disappointment. While I think the ladies did a good job, it was far from great.
Very professional, left things pretty much spotless. Also worked faster than their quote, so it came out cheaper than I initially thought.
Ceci’s maids was quick to respond for a deep clean up my son and wife home prior to baby arriving. Houselooked spotless and they were both happy with the outcome.
They always do a good job and leave my house smelling good.
