We shopped all around the Little Rock area and while some places were better than others Cecil's definitely stood out. That is where I bought my fiancé's ring and it is absolutely perfect. Rachael was great and the owner was even generous enough to clean my fiancé's friends rings who came shopping with us. Great experience. Great product. Very pleased.
