Unfortunately, Dr. Cecilia Tsao has proven to be an extremely unresponsive doctor for me and my wife, who saw her as new patients in June and July 2026. First, she rushed through both our physical appointments because she insisted that we were healthy and did not require any follow-ups despite both of us having questions. Second, she billed our insurance incorrectly, which caused the appointment to appear out-of-network, and despite Cigna's attempts to contact her office, she still has not responded to them to correct her bi... read more
