So happy with the haircut and haircolor and the service i got at Cecilia’s ! Rosa did a fantastic job at both hair color and haircut and i got so many compliments on the blowout and curls she gave! Pallavi , a big thanks for guiding Rosa for the haircut i wanted and picking the perfect shade of color hair!
Attempted to make an appointment 3x since the beginning of March. Left my name and number as directed never got a response. Since Mona left this place has not been worth it. Time to move on .No respect for their clients
My mom had her hair washed and cut by Rosa. She is a very sweet, gentle young lady. She did a wonderful job on your mom's hair and eyebrow wax!
