I'm so happy I found this hidden gem in University Heights! Cecilia and her husband are so friendly and accommodating. I brought in several analog watches needing batteries and strap adjustments. Great work at a very reasonable price. I also ended up purchasing a pair of diamond earrings for a gift- they are beautiful. I love that I supported a small business in our neighborhood and didn't shop online. Cheers!
Cecilia is amazing and truly cares! I sent my ring in for resizing and it was not only done well but she even helped to remove a ding from my ring that the polishing revealed.
Cecilia was so great to work with when my fiancé and I came to her with a custom ring request. Cecilia had great communication throughout the entire process and I ended up getting my dream ring! I would highly recommend her.

I came to Cecilia's to purchase a gold chain for a pendant that is a family heirloom. She was very friendly, helpful, and also patient with me in my delay picking it up. When I came in to bring it, she noticed that my pendant had actually eroded and would cause damage to the chain.
