I brought my gold chain to get fixed, during the intake I mentioned that a previous jeweler had done another repair on the chain, it's pretty fine so it was clear for me to point out the fix. When I picked it up, the broken chain was fixed AND the previous jeweler's work was improved. Both spots are virtually undetectable! I'm so impressed with the quality and will absolutely be taking my jewelry back.

I was gifted some heirloom rings from my fiancés mother. I was able to take them in for resizing. I was able to use another ring to alleviate the cost of the metal and the blending is seamless you wouldn’t be able to tell they were resized! They also fixed a ring and bracelet that I loved but had been collecting dust due to misshaping and a faulty clasp. I'm so happy I found this hidden gem in University Heights! Cecilia and her husband are so friendly and accommodating. I brought in several analog watches needing batteries and strap adjustments. Great work at a very reasonable price. I also ended up purchasing a pair of diamond earrings for a gift- they are beautiful. I love that I supported a small business in our neighborhood and didn't shop online. Cheers!

Cecilia is amazing and truly cares! I sent my ring in for resizing and it was not only done well but she even helped to remove a ding from my ring that the polishing revealed.

Cecilia was so great to work with when my fiancé and I came to her with a custom ring request. Cecilia had great communication throughout the entire process and I ended up getting my dream ring! I would highly recommend her.
