I watched a lady she acted like she was on meth go crazy in the office. She handled it well I thought. Watching people that try to scam legit people, priceless .
If I could give a zero star i would DO NOT go thru this agent or office. Terrible customer service. lack of communication & rude Reception who actually used GOD's name in Vain. refused to provide any numbers or alternative ways to communicate with ANYONE have cancelled insurance effective midnight tonight & established a policy with 21st century. I asked for written confirmation to my email, a call from the agent (who is NEVER available btw). Nothing. highly disappointed BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE & agent. im going up the ranks t... read more
