Cecilia is an amazing real estate agent! She is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, attentive, and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into when looking at the home we were interested in. With her extensive knowledge and experience she made making some of the biggest decisions a breeze knowing she was in our corner. We were very happy to have Cecilia in our court for both buying and selling our homes. She was so patient with us when we were looking for that special place and always told us to make sure it was right and not worry about how many viewings we went on. When it came time to sell her savvy recommendations sold our house immediately after it was listed-we couldn't have been more happy-she made it easy.

We had the good fortune to have Cecilia as our agent through the process of buying our first home. Cecilia was extremely helpful through the entire process, informative, and a true pleasure to be around. Yet, most importantly, she was extremely honest with us, and cared more about our needs, then making a commission. That is a precious trait in a market like this. We would highly recommend her!

We had an exciting time buying and selling. Cecilia of Shasta Reality had the challenge of educating us and getting all documents signed while my husband was in China and then when I was on a family vacation. Cecilia advised us when we asked her to do so and was patient with us when we called her at 9pm to get some questions answered.
