I am highly disappointed that my pain management informed me as of today my primary care provider does medical evaluation on me and that they provide her with they prognosis and diagnosis on what’s going on with me for disability physical she tells me 4/16/25 she don’t fill paperwork for that out here it is I talk to a pain management specialist who told me no we provide her the information she needs it’s sad cause I feel if I was white it definitely 💯 would not have been a issue getting it done so she has just lost a patie... read more
