We've bought 2 vehicles from here 4 years ago we bought a 2011 Chevy Camaro. We had issues with it several times the first few months we owned the vehicle. Took it in 4 or 5 times to get it fixed under warranty. Traded the Camaro in recently for a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. The sales people have always been friendly and attentive and knowledgeable. Recently someone hit the Equinox in so parking lot and left without leaving any information. I took it to Cecil to get repaired. They were all on the spot and took care of what neede... read more

I find the customer service from the sales team to service to be the best. They always take care of the customer. I purchased a 2016 corvette at another chevy dealer in the area, sales was maybe ok. Service was not good at all. Cecil Clark stepped up to the plate and took care of all the service on my corvette. In fact I went to the dealer and seen Mike in sales and traded my 2016 corvette for a 2017 corvette. For myself all the departments treat the customers with care and respect.

As I explained why I drove 33 miles to have an under-warranty battery replaced yesterday (when I could have done it here in Orlando at any Chevy dealership), Cecil Clark Chevrolet is the only dealership where I feel valued and comfortable. I bought a car from them two years ago when they were the only dealership who had the color I wanted. The purchase process was quick and easy. I had my truck towed to Cecil Clark in Leesburg FL.on Sat Nov 19, I called the service dept. On Mon they said my battery was to weak to start the motor so they put it on the charger, also a guy trying to help me removed a clip on protector on the starter solinoid.and I ask them to put it back ok, after two days in the shop and waiting anouther 45 minutes when I got there, they presented me a bill for $168.53. when I question the charge they told me it was for two hours labor. for charging a battery????. needless to say I wil... read more

I have taken my vehicle into their service department and they were attentive and worked on my vehicle in a timely manner and were very friendly and professional. I recommend Cecil Clark to everyone. They are a great staff that does the job well.
