I wished I would have read the reviews before renting from this inexperienced, unqualified, disrespectful company and staff. Amazing how all the reviews say the same thing. Unfortunately, I was approved and they were amazed that I had good credit and excellent references. Not sure what they are use to dealing with. I have turned in few maintenance request, only the ones that I couldn't complete myself. They lie, they get offended when you have more knowledge than they do. I swear if I could jump trough the phone I would of choked the woman on the other end. She was rude and un helpful. It's a shame you call to ask questions about property that you don't mind spending darn near 1,000 a month to live and have the proper income to accommodate the rent and much more to have people treat you like your beneath them and be so disrespectful was mind blowing that this company showed me. I felt the agency is very rude and don't not try to help in getting approval for housing, everyone I spike with was very unpleasant and unprofessional from the beginning and gave me the run around after giving me bad ATTITUDE. I would not request this agency to anyone, stay away from this agency if your looking a house or property!!

Rude from the very first person that I spoke with on phone. Staff not friendly or helpful, property being considered was really nice..the owner should have managed it himself. Returned key to office after viewing property and ask for deposit and was told that my ID didn't look like me (did recieve deposit back, reciept was in car). After a couple of days to find out if application had been approved, the person answered phone very rudely told me the application was not approved, asked why.. based on credit, and phone is hung ... read more
