Service Dept. on point! They took care of my needs and very friendly personnel as well as the Sales Team.
I took my truck in for a repair. While there I was approached by a sales person. I explained my reason for being there and informed him I was walking around to pass the time. I wasn't interested in buying today. He was real cool about it and we went on to have a nice conversation. A few hours later, after sitting for so long, another salesperson approached me. Traveled from Portland Tx to get my Dodge Durango. Will continue to travel here for all vehicles. My husband and I were very pleased with how kind and friendly everyone was and all managers made a point to come up and shake our hands to introduce themselves and thank us, you don’t find this in Corpus Christi dealerships. What is the purpose of having an online appointment making service if that information never even makes it to the service department? Oil change and tire rotation scheduled at 9am and don't get out till 1130? And while stuff happens, technical difficulties, etc etc this appears to be a known shortcoming as acknowledged by your staffs comments and "well most people just call in for appointments." So why keep that option up on site if it don't work and just post "call for appointment"? And not a single iota of empathy or an ap... read more
I was amazed at the service from Abel Gonzales and David Silva. I had my doubts when I walked in but I ended up with the vehicle I wanted. Abel even went to one of their other dealerships to get it for me. Can not say enough thanks for the great job they did.
