Wonderful experience here last week. I needed a last minute gel manicure and they got me in right away. Owner, Francesca was very helpful, and even gave me a quick neck massage while I was getting my nails done. Helena did my nails, and they look awesome!
Awful. Asked for acrylics and got something else because she didn’t understand English. Nail broke the next day. I was furious. Nail tech was rough and rude but the owner was even ruder asking me to tip on a job I hated!!! It cost 90$ I have never paid that for tips. I usually pay 45$ for a much better job. Never again. Beware of this salon.
I have gone to this salon on and off for a couple of years now. I have a steady nail girl who isn’t always available so this is my around the way go to. Always a history of being friendly, smiling and low key. I have always been a friendly customer and tipped well. A recent visit changed all of that. I was met with a frowning new manager who didn’t greet me, smile or welcome me at all. Neither did she speak kindly to the next few folks who came in. I been coming to this nail salon for years! Grace, the manager is, amazing! I’ve seen firsthand how much heart she puts into this salon. She really cares about the people who walk through the door, clients aren’t just customers to her, they’re treated with real attention and respect. The whole staff is friendly, the space is always clean and relaxing, and the nails always come out beautiful. I’ve recommended this place to others and will continue to, because I know how much pride they take in their work. It’s truly a gem.
