I’m one of those girls that’s always had issues with salon haircuts never turning out how I wanted, It was until I met cece that I found out what an amazing hairstylist can really do! Great haircut.
Cece is such an amazing hair stylist, so sweet and makes you feel right at home in her seat, I especially love how she really listens to what you’re going for and gets on the same page with you, I was a little worried when I saw a review on here saying she charged 2x the price for highlights, and I thought it was gonna be an outrageous price as my hair usually costs me 400+ to get highlights in Beverley hills but she talked me through the price points for my hair specifically, and even then cece did a much better job.
