Unprofessional, Incompetent, and shameful. I was there as a patient because it was what my insurance covered at the time; however, the staff and front desk staff were extremely incompetent and acted as if I didn't exist. I never got emails for appointments with my NP; I never got phone calls; there was almost no transparency; and the reception staff even had the nerve to lie to me. Now I'm left looking for a new NP because they lied and I was abandoned as a patient. SHAME ON THIS PLACE!

They just cancelled my Daughter’s yearly checkup for a 3rd time. Very unprofessional and clearly unconcerned about their patients. Might have to start looking for another facility.
Everyone is very professional and courteous. The building is very clean and 100% handicapped accessible.
