Says he’s compassionate but he and his staff did a good job of making me feel not cared about. Louisa was dismissive and usually decided to just stop communicating, which made dealing with her impossible. They left the Senta Clinic without communicating that to me, so while I was trying to get the lab work they ordered (but failed to tell me how to prep for) done and a question came up, it could not be rectified.
