On the rare occasion that the part you need isn't backordered, you might be lucky enough to have a pleasant experience here. Unless it's under warranty... in which case their warranty processing department will run you around, take forever to issue a credit after repeated reminders. It's shocking that a player this big can be this difficult to work with.
