Bought a Bryant unit in August of 2009 for my house. Went to there place of business in my uniform, FCPS, they sold me that unit no questions asked, paid in full & tax. My nephew and I installed it, I registered for 10 year warranty with Bryant. This weekend the fan went out in the indoor unit, to claim warranty on the fan only no labor I must obtain PO# from the school system, Didn't have to have PO# from the school system to buy it.
