Carrier is awful!!! Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a company and it's product. The customer service is absolutely terrible and this product has been broken every single year since my purchase, including no longer carrying replacement parts, with a warranty. I've done all the required maintenance every single month and still stuck with a broken product. Absolute waste of money and no help from the company. Never again, carrier. Will not recommend to anyone.
