In and out in 10 minutes at first open. Just really can't believe their pricing on all their parts and equipment nowadays. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't blame the tariffs. You have plenty of locations in the US. Stop using cheap labor in Mexico at your other one.
Carrier is awful!!! Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a company and it's product. The customer service is absolutely terrible and this product has been broken every single year since my purchase, including no longer carrying replacement parts, with a warranty. I've done all the required maintenance every single month and still stuck with a broken product. Absolute waste of money and no help from the company. Never again, carrier. Will not recommend to anyone.
I called in this morning needing help with some orders and Todd Mowder was so helpful, he assisted with sending me the information that I needed in a timely manner thank you for your help Todd.
