Uses third party staffing companies that do not pay employees on time. Poor standards and a lack of real quality control for large orders. Would not recommend this company for purchasing or as a place to work.
Ordered a laptop from them, was later told it was a demo unit (this wasn't noted in the product page) and I am not eligible to receive it so they cancelled my order. Others like me who ordered the same received their units. I asked CDW and they then said it's out of stock so can't fulfill anymore (other CDW agents said there was more stock coming later in the month, so I'm not sure why they wouldn't just fulfill it later).
