Absolutely without a doubt one of the worst companies to ever work with. Advise anyone to steer clear of this fraud of a company. Placed an order for a NIC last week, and they kept telling me they couldn't authorize my card. I explained to them that I loaded the virtual card with enough money for them, and they had charged me 2 transactional amounts to the card. i havent been here since 2014 today is 5-14-26 this place its very slow it used to be full of trucks now its empty back then i used to deliver 1 am i think was open 3 shifts today got here and stared to load right of way
We ordered a 3D printer from them for a school club, and they sent us one that was damaged and missing parts. They ghosted us when we reached out and we ended up having to fix it ourselves. My pictures show the frayed ribbon cable and the missing clip on the touch screen, and the box was also missing the instructions, tool set, screws, and filament sample. Absolute disgrace of a company
