We ordered a 3D printer from them for a school club, and they sent us one that was damaged and missing parts. They ghosted us when we reached out and we ended up having to fix it ourselves. My pictures show the frayed ribbon cable and the missing clip on the touch screen, and the box was also missing the instructions, tool set, screws, and filament sample. Absolute disgrace of a company

Employee's should quit this company. It has worst 30 return policy, rather buy direct from manufacturers or coscto/sams club or similar wear house. We have purchased so many laptops and two of them are out of box failure. They denied to take it since it passed 30 day return windows. We were using laptop as needed. They send laptop that has moving parts within. And mouse is not working. I have also noticed that they sell returned product as new. I request all customers not to have contract with this company.

Uses third party staffing companies that do not pay employees on time. Poor standards and a lack of real quality control for large orders. Would not recommend this company for purchasing or as a place to work.
