Asked them to come out and look at what I wanted done and give me a quote. Charlie and another of his employees did came out and look and I was told that I would be contacted in a day or two with the quote. I never heard from them again. While they were at my house I got the feeling that I wasn't being taken seriously probably because they assumed that I couldn't afford their service. Little did they know but I had a $20,000 budget. Oh well, his loss.
We have gotten several small projects done over the years, and they are always nice and very responsive. They won't run from a small project. Highly recommend.
CDM did repairs & renovations to the facade of my building, the first overhaul of the front exterior since the 1950s! They pressure-washed, caulked, water-proofed & painted, among other things. The project came in under budget. See the attached before & after pictures. I am really pleased with the results!
