If I could give less than one star, I definetly would. This company and the way I was treated as a customer is not worthy of even one star. The person working the counter, Kelly was extremely rude and screaming at me in the place of her business - simply because I questioned my bill. I was told by owner, Robin that my price was one thing if I decided not to buy a refurbished computer (that wasn't even working and ready to buy when I got there)and when they seen I wasn't going to purchase computer, she raised my price. The owner quoted us one price and then when we went to pick up our data/external hard drive that she had and because we did not purchase the computer she charged us an additional $20 even though she quoted us the day before $70. Unfair business practice, this is not somebody you want to deal with and then to have an employee of hers working the cash register start yelling and screaming at my wife is absolutely unprofessional!!
