Been trying to get windows replaced under warranty for over a year. I'm still waiting for someone to return my calls/emails.

I’ve been trying to contact CDK for three weeks concerning windows. 4 phone calls and left 4 messages. ZERO response. I guess I will go with Anderson or Pella

I like the windows just fine but where are the screens? You would think they would tell you if you need to order them separately. I tried calling but call would not go thru.

Tried for weeks if not for a few months to get them to repair a broken window which was already broken when delivered. They also never came out to install the screens which they said they would install.

Watched the owner, Curt Hesson tell employees to send non-tempered windows as tempered going in entryways in new homes all over and around Tulsa. Not as a one time deal either, he instructed them to continue to make them this way and mislabel them. And laughed about the profit margin. He is a crook that has to be making a lot of money off this lil scam and I’m sure he is shady in many other ways. Been happening for a while. Maybe he gives the inspectors a little side $$, or maybe they just don’t know. I’d stay away.
