This place is CLUELESS!! I ordered a replacement drawer for my wife's console in her 2016 Dodge Caravan in the first week of November. They called me and told me the part was in. When I went for my service appointment, I was there for two hours until they came and told me they had ordered the wrong color! I had them order the correct color and they were SUPPOSED to call me when it came in, but they didn't. After eight days I called, and they said they had the part. Took great care of me
Took way too long for an oil change and recall on tailgate. Got there a little after 9 and they finished 3+ hours later. Their new construction is not as efficient as the old way. I drove through to the front of the line with no one in line. I waited to be greeted and 15 minutes later I went inside. Maybe I was supposed to have gone inside and I just didn’t know any better.
