I strongly recommend staying away from this company. They asked me to submit an excessive amount of documents—around 40—and ran my credit score, only to provide unrealistic advice that didn’t align with my needs. Their process not only wasted my time but also negatively impacted my credit unnecessarily. I regret not reading reviews beforehand and caution others to explore alternative options for their financial needs.”

Small business owners, RUN! The communication this bank has is awful. Multiple phone calls and emails unanswered. I would book appointments with my loan officer and she would either be late or not show up all together- with no follow up communication to reschedule. She gave me the wrong information about a loan and the “requirements” have changed every time I have talked to someone new.
