We rented a home that we loved through this company for several years. Only to have to move after repairs were not made and requests were ignored. When we submitted our notice we received NO response. When we turned in our keys, again received no response, sent a certified letter and again received NO response. Customer service doesn't exists with this company. Its shame because in the beginning they were very nice but to be ignored, doesn't seem right when you are running a business.
