Do NOT trust them with alterations. They cut/hemmed my pants incorrectly, and refused to correct it without recharging me. They were 3-4 inches off from where I pinned them. Instead of customer service, I got the manager blaming me and telling me that I must have pinned them wrong. As a person who is only 5ft tall, I have pinned pants many times in my life. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Always willing to go above and beyond when you have special requests like Pre spot collars no creases in jeans etc. and I love the fact that they send you a text when your order is ready. Quality service at a fair price.
