I come in weekly dropping off clothes for family.everyone is wonderful except one young gal.she walks around with a angry face slamming shirts in bins people can be waiting in line while the other person is busy with a customer and she gives a dirty look because she has to come help. Not sure if she is Black or mixed. tall thin. but you really need to speak with her, customers leaving outside are always talking about her. Been great for years UNTIL they lost my suit, gave me someone else’s, admitted no fault yet offered us 50 bucks for our trouble claiming she was going above and beyond?! I’m out a 500 dollar suit and have to shop, get refitted, tailored, and I’m just out the money. how a business handles their mistakes is the measure of quality, this is a fail.
Your service offers quick turnaround, you are very efficient, and you do it all at such a reasonable rate. What else can anyone ask for?
Fast and good service, good pricing and nice sales associates. Alterations offered too.
We had a fire and they cleaned my daughters clothes three times to get the smell out. We were staying with family and had to attempt to clean some of the items. They did not charge extra and were so kind and caring about getting her stuff back to her. We recommend them for their great work with her clothing and for being so kind

zero stars.4 times to properly press a shirt. Little girls working were very uppity. would not recommend it nor will I be returning. This is the second time I have been here and have had nothing but problems.
