I called about part availability, ABS Pump, was informed that they would not pull the part out unless I will do a deposit. After request of the deposit invoice, the invoice was finally emailed in an hour or so. They accept only PayPal which is another part of inconvenience. Anyway, I sent a deposit and drove from Philadelphia to pick it up, over two hours one way! After I came to them, they did not even have the part pulled out. I went to the pizzeria nearby to wait. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I feel it only right to share the horrible experience I have had in dealing with this business the guy that answers the phones is great the rest of the office staff is just horribly unbearable and I would go so far as to say extremely racist be very careful with the parts they offer although the prices are great the product has been unsatisfactory more than once I should have learned the first time depending upon who you deal with the customer service is extremely atr... read more
