Great service and great people to talk to. Their staff is very knowledgeable about computers. I thought I would have to wait a couple of weeks to get my computer back but it was only a day that I waited. I was extremely happy.

I dropped off my laptop when it stopped booting up thinking my hard drive had crashed. I was made to sign an agreement stating that I was responsible for any charges up to \$225. CCS technologies WAY overcharged to fix a two year old computer that was \$400 brand new. Conveniently the charge was \$3 shy of the \$225 required payment so I did not receive a phone call asking if I actually wanted the services to be completed. Save your money!
