In April of 2011, I contracted with CCS to replace my balcony. The replacement was complicated by the fact the balcony was cantilevered. "I have used CCS for several of my properties. This winter, my home in Arcadia had several roof leaks, broken tile and rotted wood. CCS removed my tile roof and replaced the dry rot, painted everything and installed a new roof. They also altered the handrail on my deck which was rotted and replaced it with a beautiful stucco cap.
