Well it's been a month and a half since DEXCOM transitioned me to CCS. I still don't have my DEXCOM supplies. Numerous phone calls and hours on hold. When I do talk to someone they say they are waiting on information from the doctor, only to find out that they never asked him for it. I have been over 2 weeks without a sensor and their is no hope in site of getting one anytime soon. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THE AGENTS TELL YOU! I spent hours on hold and documented multiple mistakes they made. They try to blame your doctor or your insurance company when we proved that CCS was the one who misplaced my authorizations. I twice persuaded customer service reps from my insurance company to remain on hold hours with me. When a third party was also on the line, they could not blame the doctor or insurance and then "found" my paperwork.
