CCS leaves several voice mails weekly concerning my supply order - I’ve never ordered supplies through this company nor heard of them. I’m not interested in sitting in long hold times to rectify their mistake. Based on customer dissatisfaction reviews, this company sounds as horrid as dealing with Medtronic for my medical supplies. I keep blocking CCS calls.

They are a horrible company to deal with. They lie and you wait 2 months after repeatedly calling them to send your CGM. Most worthless company I have ever dealt with in 50 years. I suggested anyone reading my review to go somewhere else!

This account of the CUSTOMER SERVICE from CCS Medical is hard to believe. I have been doing business with this company or the one they bought about 10 years ago for 20+years. These last couple of years every order is a complete mess. They either do not have the order from the doctor on the correct form or they do not have the criteria verified or they have not verified your insurance. Ccs medical has known for over a month now that I needed a transmitter for my cgm. I called Tuesday and the supervisor said she would overnight my device and be in contact with me.the device never showed by Thursday. I called and got the same response. It’s now Saturday and still no device 🙁

I agree with Sara A. i have been without my dexcom for 5 days. ccs medical didnt send my transmitter when they were suppose to. when I called they said they would send it -2 days delivery, its been 5 days still no supplies. called and they really don't care. NO ONE GET YOUR INSULIN THROUGH THEM, I WOULD BE DEAD IF I WENT 5 DAYS WITHOUT IT. gave 1 star only because it won't let me do none.

I am a patient that was referred to CCS Med for my Pump supplies. I have had an insulin pump for the last 10 years. This is the worse facility I have ever had to deal with. They blame your doctor when they have not done their job to provide you with the supplies you need to continue using your insulin pump. They are horrible. I rated them a one because i had to choose one but their rating should be 0. M.R,

I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from CCS medical. I get my CGM on a timely basis every month. They send an email to confirm the order, they call me if they haven’t received the confirmation, and they also send a first class letter for confirmation. Just this month when I checked the tracking code it had a message from UPS that my order had been damaged in shipment and it was probably going back to the sender. This is the sorriest excuse for a supplier company that i have ever heard of.I have been 10 weeks waiting on my Dexcom G6 and not seen nothing yet.They CCS even has gone as far as charging me my copay and yet still not got them.THIS COMPANY WILL KILL YOU, DONT TRUST NOTHING THEY SAY

Beware of this company unless you want to die. On 7/31/20 I started the process of replacing my transmitter for my Dexcom G6. It's now 08/31/20 and still no transmitter however they sent me the sensors to get their payment. What good is a box of sensors without a transmitter? I'm happy they feel my life is not important. They have poor communication with the patient and I pay them for that. That's money well spent.
