Business was best in town, BUT owner decided to close her store and refused to pay at least two consignors the money she owed them after we asked for our money at the store, she said she wasnt paying out that day to check back. She never mailed a check to us as promised. She took advantage of a person with a disability. You cant get much lower than that.
