I was so nervous for my first experience of trying on dresses but Marilyn made me feel so calm and confident from the second I met her. I showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for and she came back with multiple options to choose from that were exactly what I was asked for. I visited the St. Pete location and worked with Bridget. It was such a fun experience. I showed her dresses I was interested in. I brought my sister and best friend (I recommend only bringing a couple of people). My 'team' found beautiful dresses in store, but it was Bridget who found me MY dress. I'm sure the other locations are wonderful. But I am so happy I visited the St. Pete location! And BONUS! I purchased my wedding dress from the sample sale. For me, CC's is the only choice. I had the greatest experience with CC’s bridal! I shopped around at a few boutiques and none of them compared to the service I got at CC’s. Brittany helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams and made the day so much fun for myself and the group I had with me!! She made me feel so spoiled and beautiful and found me the perfect dress that had all the little details I wanted.
Not a happy customer, phone calls were not made when items came in, the belt came in and was 9 inches too big, when my daughter called to let them know, their response was “ maybe you lost weight”. No, you ordered a certain size and this belt is not the right size. Would not recommend this place at all.
