My encounter with Classic Club Towing was utterly disheartening and frustrating. Upon dispatch from AAA, I was met by an employee whose demeanor was beyond disappointing. I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time or money by calling this place. Much better off calling triple A or paying the service fee for triple A. Terrible customer service
I needed a battery and AAA sent a service man from this company. Can't remember his name, it was short 2 letters Ev or Ve. Sweet, very helpful and and efficient. He was God sent. Thank you!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AAA has picked this provider for me to come give me a tow. A driver called Luis called me and said he will be there in 10 minutes, never showed up and when I called him back he kept hanging up in my face. I called the shop and they claimed they never got the request. What a waste of time.
