This is the worst seriously is the worst. Very unprofessional management, group of money hunger all they want is to take your money. They won't give my deposit back yet they trying to charge me for everything that was not brand new when I left, I was there for almost 3 years do you really expect everything to be brand new when we move out ??? Not only that they are very rude disrespectful to their tanents. The last thing you want to do is to call the office. So happy I finally moved out. I don't recommend this place.
Racist! Both the company themselves and the on site manager Keith. We lived in the Greendale highland lane apartments for over 3 years. We gave our notice a month in advance along with our rent, however, CCRT claimed they didn't receive it on time and said it was two days late, we were not eligible to get our security deposit back. I felt the Manager and staff at CCRT represented themselves very well. They were upfront, clear and precise with all rules and laws regarding my potential tenancy. I was approved after my background check and have been living in my Waukesha apartment ever since! I am very happy here! My property manager is very nice and cleans frequently! CCRT takes interest in making sure the majority of the tenancy is happy and works to improve tenant situations, if there is a problem. I could not ask for a better property company.
La Shall apts 5th floor - Bed Bugs - Management will not disclose; if you inquire about the bugs after the fact, managment will deny. I called Batzner myself to inquire about prior treatment in the property of the bugs - there is quite a history. Dont live there!!

I love this company! We rented from them in Milwaukee for about 4 years before they sold the building, and when we were ready to move again, we looked for them. We live in one of their apartments in Greendale and we couldn't be happier! The apartment is amazing! And the apartment managers responds and fixes problems in a very timely manner. I've been nothing but happy with this company. And FYI, there are many different races and ethnicities where I live. They, as a company, are not racist.
This is the worst possibe company to rent from. When you first move in, the managers state that they will fix things that are wrong in the apartment before they give you the keys. However, they never do. Then, when things contnue to break and you call them to have it fixed, since it was thei fault it was neve fixed to begin with, they kick you out of the apartment.
