I’ve only been receiving treatment here for two months, and already I’ve experienced three billing errors: One bill was sent to me even though insurance covered the full amount. Another was for a lab test that should have been fully covered. The third time, I was billed again for something I had already paid for in person. Even though we were overcharged just once, we ended up have a baby with help of ccrm. The team of nurses and doctors are extremely diligent and result oriented, so don't mind the poor experience you might have with the financial department or your first infertility appointment where it sounds very legal. They will give you results regardless of bad Google reviews which are mostly around financials

Seems more for profit clinic than providing care for patients. I had already had my tests all done recently at another clinic but they would not accept those, instead they wanted me to do everything all over again for over 4k. Prices for blood tests were just insane. Also they nickle and dime you for every little thing according to the price list they sent me. Absurd amount of money for care. I deeply regret choosing CCRM. The staff has been rude and communicates poorly. They are price gouging their labs, charging double or triple the price for the same lab tests that can be done through other labs (for less than half their price) yet they require you to go through their lab and pay out of pocket. Staff claims that their lab is somehow superior with greater reliability than other labs yet they have not been able to provide any evidence of this. Go somewhere else for your fertility needs. As many have mentioned here, CCRM feels more like a corporate factory than a specialized medical provider, they are set in their processes, don’t take time to be human when delivering difficult news, and seem unable to think creatively about possible paths forward other than IUI or IVF.
