Always welcoming and kind. Had my eggs frozen a few years ago and back for IVF. Dr. K is the best and all of the nurses and staff are absolutely wonderful.

I’ve contacted the clinic twice this week to get an appointment scheduled with the clinic with a referral from my doctor. First, the clinic has a terrible phone system. Everyone speaking on the phone was muffled and I had to ask people to speak more clearly or louder the entire time. Second, I’ve been passed around to six different people within 12 minutes to a schedule a new patient appointment.
