I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for a fertility consult and I cant seem to reach anyone who can even help me with that. I looked into becoming an egg donor with them when I was younger so they already have me in their system as a patient and they’re making me pay extra fees to be reestablished as a patient when I’ve never actually been a patient before and they can’t answer my questions about how or even if insurance will be billed so I have no idea how much they’re going to charge to my account. From the very begining, my IVF journey here has been horrible. Threw IVF there is a large number of meds you have to take. My nurse Abby made me feel like I was being a bother by asking additional questions when she would explain meds or my calendar. Making sure you know what your doing when injecting yourself is very important but with Abby it was like she had to explain it a million times to patients but this was my first time and she got annoyed when I would ask questions to clarify.
