Tech I dealt with was straight forward and honest. Dealing with his manager and office staff about insurance and billing... forget it. My insurance claims will pay for all but my deductible but they want $9k.
Toilet would not stop filling (float issue). Wanted to fix myself. Could not turn off water to the toilet. So I tried to turn off the water to the house from outside. Found out I could not. Valve would not shut it off. I posted my issues on Home Advisor Sunday evening. Custom Plumbing called me 8am Monday and scheduled for Tuesday. Free estimate. Kyle and CJ showed up Tuesday and were friendly and explained what needed to be done to fix the issues. We were VERY HAPPY with their work and would rate the quality 10 if we could.... read more
