Paul was very understanding and responsive when I encountered an problem with my car, not relating to any CCP product. This is a quality product from a company run by people who care about their creations and their customers. I’m in the market for one of their products again and saw how few reviews there were, so I hope to leave another positive review very soon.
Short story. Bought a top for my NC race car. After 2 days for cutting and calls they finally agreed it wouldn't fit. They would only refund the top. They would not refund the $852 for the Lexan, brackets or shipping...all of which are now useless. They have now added verbiage indicating you might have fitment issues but when I ordered the description said it would fit. They also need to ask for measurements to avoid this problem.
