This place turned my bill over to collections even though I have insurance that should have paid all of it. I called the walk in clinic's accounting department. They were rude and refused to answer my questions. I paid the collection agency, but still wonder if there is something hinky about the accounting at this business.

I had a family member absolutely disrespected and bullied. After filing a complaint, they then in turn received a dismissal letter as a patient not only for themselves, but for "any of their family" when the other family members had no involvement before, during, or after with any of the medical staff at the Walk In Clinic. I guess this office can punish all of your family members if you dare file a complaint against them for simply being related.

Wish greater understanding would have been shown for me and my special needs child. Disappointed.

I went in for a simple exam and was given a pregnancy test on top of it. I was unaware of the test until the bill came. Nobody asked or told me. It was an extra 40.00. I tried for months to talk to a manager about it. I was always told a manager would call me back. I never got called by anybody and they sent my bill to collections. Avoid Campbell County Walk in Clinic.
